Volunteer
We are again at a stage where we need your help to recognize a pool of new talent. For the selection of the 2023 batch, VidyaGyan will be conducting one of India’s most competitive and large scale three-part selection process. The Preliminary Exam is on 18th December, 2022 for academic year 2023-2024. We are looking for support from individuals who are passionate about social causes and have a zeal to bring meaningful change to our world. As a volunteer, you will support the VidyaGyan core team in successfully executing the entrance test and will be awarded a certificate of appreciation.

Participation gives you an opportunity to
- Be a part of one of India’s biggest social movement to discover talent from rural underprivileged families and enable them to become tomorrow’s scientists, athletes, Nobel laureates, doctors, engineers and more
- Get a hands-on experience of working in rural communities, conducting one of the most comprehensive examinations at primary education level

About VidyaGyan: VidyaGyan is a world-class Leadership Academy designed for the economically underprivileged, meritorious students of rural India. VidyaGyan was established by the Shiv Nadar Foundation to bridge the urban-rural divide and create leaders from rural India. VidyaGyan provides free world-class education in a fully residential co-ed campus to students from classes VI to XII.
Please note: Induction for volunteers will be organized in HCL Noida campus. Transportation, food & stay for the volunteers will be taken care of by Shiv Nadar Foundation. Volunteers can avail their leave through My Leave portal, but will have to seek approval of their reporting manager to avoid any loss of work. There are no associated financial rewards. A few volunteers may need to stay overnight.
